As we prepare to celebrate our recent 21st birthday, we’re proud to see the difference that our work has made to the Welsh music scene and to the lives of so many people who have come to our courses and events. We’re reaching out to recruit new Trustees to take the charity into a strong and imaginative future. We are seeking both experienced Trustees and those new to the role.
Due to recent retirements from the Board we are particularly keen at this time to recruit Welsh speakers. The charity has a bilingual policy and our Board includes Welsh-speakers, learners and non-Welsh-speakers.
There also is a recent vacancy on the Board for a specialist with experience of HR matters, as Trac Cymru enters an exciting time of transition and expansion.
We’re enthusiastic to reach new audiences and participants, so we’d welcome keen networkers with links to communities who could benefit from what we have to offer.
As an organisation, we know that we need to become more diverse to better reflect the whole of Wales, so we are also keen to recruit more young trustees (18+), and welcome applications from people from ethnic minority communities and from people with disabilities.
