Learning
Trac Cymru recognises that making space for the arts to exist is the key to their growth. We create the opportunities that offer the room to learn, explore and develop Welsh music and dance traditions in and outside of mainstream education. Through this work, we are able to take steps forward in widening the accessibility, support, practice, development and celebration of Welsh traditional arts and cultural heritage with as many people as possible. You can find examples of our educational work at the bottom of this page, and across our other pages.

Courses
Our residential and weekend courses offer a range of instrumental, dance and song workshops delivered by leading artists and professionals in the Welsh folk scene. Our courses are designed for learning but also behave as social retreats, bringing people from all over the country together to share in mutual passions and interests.
Youth & School Projects
Working with fantastic freelancers, we deliver quality workshops and demonstrations in schools and venues across Wales. Learning to clog, playing an instrument, writing a tune or making your own Mari Lwyd are examples of the activities we explore, engaging young people with Welsh traditional arts through memorable interactive experiences.
