Communities
Traditional music is and has always been the matter of ‘the people’, expressed through music and shared by the community. Trac Cymru works on a national and local scale, bringing together individuals and communities who share a common interest in music, song and dance. Many of our community projects and outreach workshops at events and festivals often use Welsh traditional arts as a medium to create, explore and investigate the themes of everyday life like identity, language and culture. You can find examples of our community work at the bottom of this page.
