Mae Gwenan yn delynores a chantores sy’n perfformio cerddoriaeth draddodiadol Gymreig. Mae hi’n ffigwr adnabyddus ar lwyfannau Cymru ers blynyddoedd, fel telynores a chyfeilydd Cerdd Dant. Gwenan yw un o’r bobl prin sy’n medru canu Cerdd Dant a chyfeilio i’w hunan.
Gwenan is a harpist and singer who performs Welsh traditional music. She is a well known figure on Welsh stages specialising in the unique art of ‘Cerdd Dant’, the ancient form of singing Welsh poetry to the accompaniment of the harp, and is one of the few people who performs this music accompanying herself.
